Fig. 1 Abb. 1 This product is an RCA/IP-BUS converting connector designed to be used to connect devises with RCA output (car navigation units, VCRs, DAT decks, etc.) to the IP-BUS main unit. Installation • Before finally installing the unit, connect the wiring temporarily and make sure the unit and the system work properly. Location • Install the unit where it does not get in the driver's way and cannot injure a passenger if there is a sudden stop, like an emergency stop. • Do not mount the player near the heater outlet, where it would be affected by heat, or near the doors, where rainwater might splash onto it. Installing the unit Mounting with Velcro tapes (Fig. 1) [1] Car mat [2] Velcro tape Attach Velcro tape to the bottom of the unit and the carpet of the vehicle. In case of trouble When the unit does not operate properly, contact your dealer or the nearest authorized PIONEER Service Station.
