11 Troubleshooting Problem Camera does not turn on. Camera turns off automatically. LCD turns blank. Empty battery icon is displayed on the LCD, then the camera turns off. LCD screen displays 'No image'. LCD screen displays 'Not available for this file'. LCD screen displays 'Memory full'. LCD screen displays 'File locked' LCD screen displays 'Card locked'. LCD screen displays 'Format error'. LCD screen displays 'Copy error'. No image displays on the TV screen Cause and/or Action The batteries may be exhausted. Charge or replace the batteries. The batteries may be exhausted. Charge or replace the

LCD.

The image file on the memory card. Image file format may not
be supported.

Memory card is full. Replace the memory card with a new one
or delete unnecessary images.
