CONSOLE DIAGRAM Key Clip FEATURES OF THE CONSOLE The treadmill console offers an impressive array of features designed to make your workouts more effective and enjoyable. When you use the manual mode, you can change the speed and incline of the treadmill with the touch of a button. As you exercise, the console will display instant exercise feedback. You can even measure your heart rate using the handgrip pulse sensor. control the treadmill while the voice of a personal trainer coaches you through every step of your workout. To purchase iFit cards at any time, go to www.ifit.com or call the telephone number on the front cover of this manual. iFit cards are also available at select stores. You can even listen to your favorite workout music or audio books with the consoleʼs stereo sound system while you exercise. In addition, the console features six calorie workouts and six performance workouts. Each workout automatically controls the speed and incline of the treadmill as it guides you through an effective exercise session. The console also features the new iFit interactive workout system. The iFit system enables the console to accept iFit interactive workout cards containing workouts designed to help you achieve specific fitness goals.
