Before using VCR Plus+, you must set up your Guide Channel. Set clock first (page 17). 1 To enter a Plus Code, press the TIMER button. Press the and buttons to select "VCR Plus". 2 Locate the program's Plus Code in a local TV program guide. Press up to eight number buttons to set the Plus Code. Use to correct any mistakes. 3 Press OK to save the code. The channel number appears on the left side. The start and end recording times, recording date and speed also appear. 4 Press MENU to finish. Check whether there is enough time left on the video tape to record the program. 5 To stop a Timer Recording, press the VCR POWER button. When using a cable decoder box, make sure the decoder box is on.
