02 USING YOUR MICROWAVE OVEN USING THE EXPRESS MENU FEATURE This feature offers a convenient way to heat food that you cook frequently. 1. Place the food on the turntable (glass tray). 2. Dial in the Express Menu direction (counterclockwise). 3. Dial to the food you want to cook. 4. Press Select button. (For Reheat Dinner Plate, press the Start button.) 5. Dial the amount of food, and then presss Start button. COOK NO FOOD AMOUNT REMARK 1 POPCORN 3.5 oz. 3.0 oz. 1.5 oz. Heat only one microwave popcorn bag at a time.
