Using your microwave oven Convection Bake/Roast The Convection Bake/Roast mode uses dry heat to cook and brown food. A high speed fan circulates hot air inside the oven to heat food quickly and evenly. When you cook using convection, you would generally use the low rack. 1. Touch the Convection Bake/Roast button once for BAKE. Touch the Convection Bake/Roast button twice for ROAST. 2. To set the temperature, touch the 1 number pad.
