Food suitable for speed bake/roast Other food suitable for this combination mode cooking include all kinds of previously cooked food which needs reheating and browning (e.g. baked pasta), as well as food which requires a short cooking time to brown the top of the food. This mode can also be used for thick food portions that benefit from a browned and crispy top (e.g. chicken pieces, which you turn over half way through cooking).
