Sound Control Changing the Sound Settings ❑ Mode You can select the sound mode to best suit the programming you're watching. • Standard: This sound mode is for general purposes. • Music: Music mode enables you to listen to music as if you are sitting in a concert hall. • Movie: Movie mode enables you to experience live and full movie sound as if you are sitting in a movie theater. • Clear Voice: Emphasizes voice over other sounds. Select this sound mode when watching news, soap operas, or documentaries. • Custom: You can customize the sound settings to suit your personal preferences. T Press the TOOLS button to display Tools menu. O You can listen in a language other than the Preferred Language by pressing the MTS button on the remote control. ❑ Multi-Track Sound (MTS) (Analog) • Mono: Choose for channels that are broadcasting in mono or if you are having difficulty receiving a stereo signal. • Stereo: Choose for channels that are broadcasting in stereo. • SAP: Choose to listen to the Separate Audio Program, which is usually a foreign-language translation. N Depending on the particular program being broadcast, you can listen to Mono, Stereo, or SAP. Changing the Sound Settings
Mode
You can select the sound mode to best suit the programming you’re watching.
Standard
: This sound mode is for general purposes.
Music
: Music mode enables you to listen to music as if you are sitting in a concert

Movie

sitting in a movie theater.
Clear Voice
