Leveling the Machine The machine needs to be leveled if your workout area is uneven or if the Rail Assembly is slightly off the floor. To adjust: 1. Place the machine in your workout area. 2. Heart Rate Calculations Your maximum heart rate usually decreases from 220 Beats Per Minute (BPM) in childhood to approximately 160 BPM by age 60. Heart Rate Control (HRC) Workout Programs The Heart Rate Control (HRC) programs let you set a heart rate goal for your workout.
