Troubleshooting Should any problem persist after you have made these checks, consult your nearest authorized Sony dealer. Symptom Remedy The handset does not make or receive a call. • Reset the digital security code. • Place the base unit away from noise sources such as TV, FM radio or PC. • Make sure the base unit is connected to an AC outlet. • The battery pack may be discharged.
