When the charging is not started even if following the above procedure, turn the power on at any mode after LCD indication appears, and then turn the power off. The battery may feel warm after it has been charged or immediately after being used. This is normal and not a malfunction. When using the camera in cold areas, keep the camera and battery warm by holding them inside your outer cloth. If you open the battery cover without removing the battery, the power will not be terminated. If you remove the battery, you have to insert the battery again in a period of 2 hours in order to make sure that the date and time will not be reset. 22-E
