Cooking Methods WARNING Food Poisoning Hazard Do not let food sit in oven more than one hour before or after cooking. Doing so can result in food poisoning or sickness. The Cooking Methods keypad allows users to select one of the cooking methods below according to their cooking needs: Function COOK REHEAT DEFROST STEAM MELT Feature Cooking Reheating Defrosting Steaming Melting Instructions 1. Press the Microwave keypad. 2. Select COOKING METHODS. 3. Select COOK. 4. Enter the desired cook time in the display screen. OPTIONAL: Select Power on the display screen to change the cooking power. 5. Select Start.
