Troubleshooting > Power-related Troubleshooting Power-related The power does not turn on ( Your computer may not be able to supply enough power to this unit. Connect the unit to a USB port that can supply at least 900 mA of power, or use the included Type C-Type C cable to connect to your computer. ( The computer's power may be off. Turn on the computer. ( The computer may be in standby, sleep or suspend mode. Enable USB power output on the computer in these cases. ( You aren't using an appropriate USB cable when connecting via bus power. Be sure to connect a Type-C USB cable that's less than three meters long to your computer. 29
