1-16 In Brief Reverse Lockout The manual transmission is equipped with a lock ring to prevent shifting into R (Reverse). To shift into R (Reverse), press down the clutch pedal, lift up the ring on the shift lever, and shift into R (Reverse). Let up on the clutch pedal slowly while pressing the accelerator pedal. See Manual Transmission on page 9‑29. Vehicle Features Radio(s) When the system is on, press and release O to mute the system. Press and release O again to turn the sound back on. BAND: Press to choose FM, AM, or XM™ (if equipped). u SEEK: Press to seek the next radio station with a strong signal in the selected band. t SEEK: Press to seek the previous radio station with a strong signal in the selected band. [ TUNE: Radio with CD Shown Press and release to turn the system on. Press and hold this knob for more than two seconds to turn the system off. Turn to increase or decrease the volume. Press to go to the next station manually. O: r TUNE: Press to go to the previous station manually. SCAN/AST: Press to scan radio stations. Press and hold to use Automatic Store.
