24 THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE STARTING YOUR VEHICLE To cancel the Panic mode, press and release the PANIC button on the RKE transmitter a second time. Panic mode will automatically cancel after three minutes, or if the vehicle is started or exceeds 15 mph (24 km/h).
