294 UNDERSTANDING THE FEATURES OF YOUR VEHICLE The center console outlet is powered directly from the battery (power available at all times). Items plugged into this outlet may discharge the battery and/or prevent the engine from starting. There is also a 12 volt power outlet located on the back of the center console for rear passengers.
