Parking Stop and park the motorcycle on the sidestand (see page 54). To prevent theft, turn the handlebar fully left and turn the ignition key to the position (3, fig. 57). If you park in a garage or other indoor area, make sure that there is proper ventilation and that the motorcycle is not near a source of heat. If necessary, you can leave the sidelights on by turning the key to position (4, fig. 57). E Important Do not leave the key at (4, fig. 57) for long periods or the battery will run down. Parking
Stop and park the motorcycle on the sidestand (see page 54).

If necessary, you can leave the sidelights on by turning the
key to position (4, fig. 57).
Important
Do not leave the key at (4, fig. 57) for long periods or
the battery will run down. Never leave the motorcycle

Warning
