Windows Operating the Windows Manually The side windows on your vehicle can be raised or lowered manually by turning the hand crank located on each door. NOTE: If you notice buffeting or pulsation (wind shock) with either side window open, you should open the opposite window slightly to reduce the condition. Using the Power Windows (If equipped) Each door has a power control that opens and closes the window on that door. The driver's door has a master control panel that operates both windows. To use your power windows, your ignition switch must be placed in the ON position. Press the recessed end of the power window switch to lower a window, press the raised end of the switch to raise a window. NOTE: Your vehicle is equipped with a "one touch down" feature. This feature allows the driver to fully open the driver's window by firmly pressing the switch and then releasing. The switch will release when the window has fully opened. RWARNING Do not let children play with the power windows. They may seriously hurt themselves. Make sure occupants are clear of the window(s) before closing. 101
