2. Remove the lug nuts by using the lug wrench. Never loosen the hub nuts. See the following illustration if you are not sure where to find the lug nuts. Lug nut positions 3. 4. Replace the flat tire with the spare tire. Replace the lug nuts and tighten snug. The beveled edge faces inward. Do not fully tighten the lug nuts until you lower the vehicle.
