CD Changer Error Messages If you see an error message in the display while playing a CD player, find the cause in the chart to the right. If you cannot clear the error message, take the vehicle to a Honda dealer. EX and EX-L Models Error Message Cause FOCUS Error Mechanical Error No CD in the CD changer Solution Press the CD eject button and pull out the CDs, check for error message. Insert the CDs again. If the code does not disappear or the CD cannot be pulled out, consult your Honda dealer. Insert CD magazine. LX Model Error Message Cause CD-changer malfunction CD is in changer mechanism High temperature Misconnection or disconnection of CD changer No CD magazine in the CD changer No CD in magazine Solution Consult your Honda dealer. Press the magazine eject button, and insert an empty magazine. Will disappear when the temperature returns to normal. See your Honda dealer. Insert CD magazine. Insert CD in magazine.
