Remove the screw and pull out the element and
element frame from the air cleaner housing.

B. Air Cleaner Housing
C. Screw
D. Element Frame
A. Intake Tract
B. Air Cleaner Housing
Check inside the intake tract for dirt.
If dirt is
present, clean the intake tract thoroughly. You may
also need to replace the air filter element.
•
Cover the intake tract with vinyl to keep dirt or
other foreign materials from entering.
•
Wipe out the inside of the air cleaner housing with
a clean damp towel.
