10. Tighten the wheel nuts firmlyin a criss-cross sequence. NOTICE: I Improperly tightenedwheel nuts can lead to brake pulsation and rotordamage. To avoid expensive brake repairs,evenly tighten thewheel nuts in the propersequence and to the proper torque specification. A CAUTl IN: 11. Don't try to put the wheel cover on the compact spare tire.It won't fit.Store the wheel coverin the trunk untilyou have replacedthe compact spare tire with a regular tire.
