Wheel Replacement MAINTENANCE AND LUBRICATION 7. Place the wheel on the wheel hub with the valve stem toward the outside and the rotation arrows on the tire pointing toward forward rotation. 8. Install the wheel nuts finger tight. 9. Lower the vehicle to the ground. 10. Torque the wheel nuts to specification.
