Replacing the Bench Seat Don't put thebench seat in so it faces backward, because it won't latch that way. If you want more storage room behind the seat, use floor pins closer to the the front of the vehicle. See "Adjusting Rear Seats" later in this section. 1. Place the front hooks of the bench seat latch onto the front floorpins. 2. Push the rear hooks into the rearfloor pins, then two rear of the push down on the lev'ersto lock the bench in place. 3. pins,

push down
on

to
lock

rear
of

bench in
place.
