Adding brake flui'dwon't correct a leak. If you add fluid when your linings are worn, then you'll have too much fluid when you get new brake linings. You should add (or remove) brake fluid, as necessary, only when work is done on the brake hydraulic system. What to Add The brake fluid reservoir is located to the left of the windshield washer fluid reservoir, at the backf the o engine compartment. When you do need brake fluid, use only DOT-3 brake at fluid -- such as Delco Supreme 11 (GM P r No. 1052535).
