ENGLISH 3M™ Digital Projector Limited Warranty Warranty; Limited Remedy; Limited Liability This product will be free from defects in material and manufacture for a period of three years from the date of purchase or for KRXUVRIXVHZKLFKHYHURFFXUV¿UVW00$.(61227+(5:$55$17,(6RU&21',7,216,1&/8',1*%87 NOT LIMITED TO, ANY IMPLIED WARRANTY OR CONDITION OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. If this product is defective within the warranty period stated above, your exclusive remedy shall be, at 3M's option, to replace or repair the 3M product or to refund the purchase price of the 3M product. All replaced parts or products become property of 3M. If the product is repaired, 3M will repair the defective part(s) with a new or used part(s). If the product is replaced, 3M will replace the product with the same or equivalent model and with a new or refurbished product. The replacement product carries the original equipment warranty. Except where prohibited by law, 3M will not be liable for any indirect, special, incidental or consequential loss or damage arising from this 3M product, regardless of the legal theory asserted. (b) The original lamp has the following limited warranty: 90 days from the date of purchase or 180 hours of ODPSXVHZKLFKHYHURFFXUV¿UVW (c) 3M Digital Projectors are designed to operate in the typical indoor environment. The product Limited Warranty is void if used outside of the following circumstances: ‡99 16° to 29° C (60° to 85° F) • 10-80% RH (without condensation) • 0-1828m (0-6000 feet) above sea level (d) The Air Intake and Exhaust Vent must be clear of obstructions, including any potential blockage or obstructions caused from a ceiling or other mount. Inadequate air ventilation will cause the projector to malfunction or will cause damage to the projector which will void the warranty. (e) The Warranty will be void if someone other than 3M (or a 3M Authorized Service Provider) repairs or PRGL¿HVWKH0SURGXFW (f) The Warranty does not cover damage due to misuse, neglect, mishandling, abuse, or normal wear and tear.
