Using the Accessories 13 Every time you put the core temperature sensor in the socket, you need to set the duration and end time again. When you put the core temperature sensor plug in the socket, the display shows current core temperature. Touch to set the temperature that the Temperature/Time display shows during cooking with the core temperature sensor: • first touch of - the display shows set core temperature which changes after every 10 seconds to current core temperature; • second touch of - the display shows oven set temperature; • third touch of - the display shows current oven temperature which changes after every 10 seconds to set oven temperature; Installing the Oven Accessories Put in the slide-in accessories so that the double side edges are at the back of the oven and point down to the bottom. Push the slide-in accessories between the guide-bars of one of the oven levels. The (deep) roasting pan and the oven shelf have double side edges. These edges and the shape of the guide-bars causes the anti-tilt safety for the oven accessories. Installing the oven shelf and (deep) roasting pan together Put the oven shelf on the (deep) roasting pan. Push the (deep) roasting pan between the guidebars of one of the oven levels. Combi Tray The combi tray includes the inlay grid and the roasting pan. You can use the inlay grid on the two sides. WARNING! Risk of burns when removing the accessories from a hot oven.
