ACD System Configuration ACD System Configuration This chapter is for the system administrator of the Aastra 800 / Aastra 100 / OpenCom 100 communications system. The following description requires that the system terminals used by the ACD system agents are connected to the Aastra 800 / Aastra 100 / OpenCom 100 communications system. Refer to the "Mounting and Commissioning" guide (OpenCom X320, OpenCom 130/131/150, OpenCom 510, Aastra 104/108/112) or "Installing and Commissioning" guide (Aastra 800) for information on connecting terminals. Logging into Web Console The ACD system is configured on the web console of the communications system in the Configurator, Aastra ACD menu. You can access the online help to each dialogue while configuring. This is where the possible settings for each dialogue field are described. Log in to the web console as a user with administrator rights. 1. Open a web browser. Enter the IP address of the communications system into the "Address" input field. The default address is: "http://192.168.99.254/" 2. User name, Password: Enter your user name and your password. The default access data for the system are: User: Administrator Password: [no existing password] 3. Confirm via OK. 4. Open the Configurator menu. 5. If necessary, load the current online help version in the System > Components menu. There are multiple language versions of the online help on the product CD of the OpenCom 100 / Aastra 100 communications system in the ...\OLH directory (resp. on the USB stick that comes with an Aastra 800). 12
