45 • DIMMs on channel A (DIMM A1 and A2) are paired with DIMMs on channel B (DIMM B1 and B2) to enable two-way interleaving. When only two DIMMs are being used, the population order must be DIMM A1 and DIMM B1 to ensure dual-channel operating mode. • For best performance and dual-channel interleave operation, DIMM modules must be installed or removed in matched pairs, following the slot sequence: DIMM A1 and B1 first, then DIMM A2 and B2. • Observe the population sequence illustrated in the table below when installing a memory module.
