SnapServer® Configuration Guide 6.5.6 Supplemental Software Support Options Supplemental Software support is offered for Snap EDR. Supplemental Software support requires the system on which they are licensed to also be supported by Standard Warranty, Software Maintenance, or Overland CARE. SnapServer Manager, GuardianOS iSCSI Target - Workgroup, GuardianOS Snapshot - Workgroup, and CA Antivirus - Workgroup licenses are supported as part of the Standard Warranty, Software Maintenance, or OverlandCare for the SnapServer NAS System on which they are licensed. Supplemental Software Support for EDR is provided as a single support option regardless of the level of license (Express or Standard7). If Supplemental Software support is selected for Snap EDR, all licenses of Snap EDR must be covered by Supplemental Software support. Step 1 Step 1a Choose support for Snap EDR as appropriate.
