5. 8-pin Power Plug LED The 8-pin Power Plug LED lights up to indicate that the 8-pin power plug is not connected. Chapter 1 • DO NOT connect the 4-pin power plug only, the motherboard may overheat under heavy usage. • Ensure to connect the 8-pin power plug, or connect both the 8-pin and 4-pin power plugs. 6. CPU Status LED The CPU Status LED will indicate the current status of your CPU. A red light indicates that the CPU is not ready to boot, and the LED will turn off once the problem is solved. The 8‑pin Power Plug LED lights up to indicate that the 8‑pin power plug is not
connected.

DO NOT connect the 4‑pin power plug only, the motherboard may overheat under
heavy usage.
•
Ensure to connect the 8‑pin power plug, or connect both the 8‑pin and 4‑pin power
plugs.

CPU Status LED
The CPU Status LED will indicate the current status of your CPU. A red light indicates
that the CPU is not ready to boot, and the LED will turn off once the problem is solved.
