Chapter 1 19. Thermal Sensor header The Thermal Sensor header allows you to connect a sensor to monitor the temperature of the devices and the critical components inside the motherboard. Connect the thermal sensor and place it on the device or the motherboard's component to detect its temperature. T_SENSOR 20. Q-Code LED The Q-Code LED design provides you with a 2-digit error code that displays the system status. The actual cause may vary from case to case. • The DRAM LED will detect if the memory modules have been installed in the recommended memory configuration slots as well as if the memory modules have been properly installed and seated in the memory slots once the motherboard is connected to a power supply.
