1 Important safety and environmental instructions •• Do not start to cook coffee without putting water into the coffee pot. •• Do not put any substances apart from coffee, sugar and water into the coffee pot. •• Do not drink the cooked coffee using the coffee pot. •• Due to the manufacturing technology, steam and odour may arise at the heating element of your product during initial use. It is normal. They will disappear after a few cycles. •• Do not move the appliance when it is still hot or when there is liquid inside the coffee pot. •• Avoid contacting the hot surfaces. Hold the coffee pot only by its handle; otherwise there is the risk of burning. Coffee pot gets hot during cooking. •• The base (heating surface) on which the coffee pot is placed gets hot during operation.
