English Connecting Composite (AV) Video Signal (SCART) Connect the AV1 or AV2 (SCART) input terminal on the TV to the SCART terminal on the AV equipment using a SCART cable. Pay attention to the direction of the connector on the S-Video cable when inserting. 2. Connect the audio output of your AV equipment to the display's S-VIDEO AUDIO L/R input terminals using the AV cable or equivalent. An S-video signal provides a higher quality image to that of Composite video. It is recommended to use this input whenever possible. If your AV equipment provides a component video output (YPBPR or YCBCR), this should be used in preference to either composite or S-video signals. Connecting Composite (AV) Video Signal (SCART)
Connecting S-Video Signals
Connect the AV1 or AV2 (SCART) input
terminal on the TV to the SCART terminal on
the AV equipment using a SCART cable.
1. Connect the S-Video output of your AV
equipment to the display's S-VIDEO terminal
using an S-Video cable. Pay attention to the
direction of the connector on the S-Video
cable when inserting.
2. Connect the audio output of your AV
equipment to the display's S-VIDEO AUDIO
L/R input terminals using the AV cable or
equivalent.
An S-video signal provides a higher quality
