en 11 How to use your TASSIMO machine ! IMPORTANT For optimum results, ill the tank only with cool, fresh, non-carbonated water each day. Do not use chemically softened water. ¡ CAuTION To avoid the risk of scalding: - Do not use chemically softened water! Doing so could cause excess pressure and damage to T DISC, which could result in injury if brewing unit is opened before the Status LED F (3c) has stopped blinking. - Always wait until the Status LED F (3c) has stopped blinking before attempting to open the brewing unit. i Note: Make sure that your TASSIMO machine has been set up for use as described in the section titled "First use of your TASSIMO machine" on page 5. To prepare your favorite beverage, proceed as follows: ► Turn the TASSIMO machine on by pressing the ON / OFF switch (1). ► Place a suitable cup on the stand (7) according to the type of beverage. Adjust the height of the cup stand, if necessary, or remove it altogether for large cups or glasses. ► Always set the cup stand as high as possible. 1. 1. How to use your TASSIMO machine

Note:
Make sure that your TASSIMO machine
has been set up for use as described in the
section titled “First use of your TASSIMO
machine” on page 5.
To prepare your favorite beverage, proceed
as follows:
►
Turn the TASSIMO machine on by
pressing the ON / OFF switch (1).
►
Place a suitable cup on the stand (7)
according to the type of beverage.
Adjust the height of the cup stand, if
necessary, or remove it altogether for
large cups or glasses.
►
Always set the cup stand as high as
possible.

Open the brewing unit by lifting the
