Remote Fax Options Setting Up Fax Storage You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding at the same time. You cannot use Paging and Fax Forwarding when Fax Storage is set to OFF. (See Turning On Fax Storage, page R-2.) Programming Paging Number When Paging is selected, your fax machine dials the pager number you've programmed, and dials your Personal Identification Number (PIN) when connected, to activate your pager and let you know you have a fax message in the memory. 1 Press Function/Set, 8, 1. 2 Press or until the screen displays PAGING? and press Function/Set. PAG#: ENTER & SET 3 Enter your pager phone number (up to 20 digits) followed by # # and press Function/Set. Do not include the area code if it is the same as that of your fax machine. For example, 1 8 0 0 5 5 5 1 2 3 4 # #. 4 If your pager requires a PIN, enter the PIN, press #, press Redial/Pause, enter your fax number, then press # # and press Function/Set.
