When you use Ledger, Legal, Folio or A3 size

g Gently put the paper into the paper tray (for MFC-J6720DW, tray #1, the upper tray). IMPORTANT Make sure the paper is flat in the tray. If the paper is pushed against the back of the tray, it may cause paper feed problems. h Gently adjust the paper side guides to fit the paper with both hands. Make sure that the paper side guides touch the sides of the paper. i Check that the paper is flat in the tray and below the maximum paper mark a. 1 NOTE • When you use Ledger, Legal, Folio or A3 size paper, press the universal guide release button a as you slide out the front of paper tray #1. • When you load a different paper size in a tray, you will need to change the paper size setting in the machine at the same time.
