Error Message Cause Remedy CAN'T HERE! This message appears if the cursor is at the end of the text when you hold down c and press O. Move the cursor below a number before holding down c and pressing O. CASSETTE CHANGED! This message appears if the tape cassette is changed while the P-touch is receiving data from the computer. Cancel the print job, install the correct tape cassette, and then try printing again. CHANGE ADAPTOR! This message appears if a high-voltage adapter is being used. Remove the high-voltage adapter and connect the adapter designed exclusively for this machine. CUTTER ERROR! This message appears if the tape cutter is closed when you try to print or feed the tape. Turn the P-touch off, then on again. EEPROM ERROR! This message appears if a checksum error occurred when the P-touch was turned on or if the keyword was damaged and failed to initialize. Contact your service representative. FEED ERROR! This message appears if the AV label sensor cannot detect the labels. • Replace the AV label cassette with one that is not empty. • If this error message appears even after a new AV label cassette is installed, the sensor may be damaged. Contact your service representative. INPUT This message appears if the set WHOLE CODE number of digits is not entered in the barcode data. Input the correct number of digits or change the number of digits set in the barcode parameters. 116
