Shooting - Letting the Camera Select Settings Changing the Resolution and Compression You can change the resolution and compression (excluding movies) settings to suit the purpose of the image you are about to shoot. To record the CCD output without compression, select the RAW file format (p. 58). Resolution 320 x 240 pixels 160 x 120 pixels 1 Press the button to turn the LCD monitor on. • Settings can be changed even if the LCD monitor is off. However, the compression cannot be changed. 2 Press the button. 3 Select * (LCD monitor) or * (Display Panel) using the C or D arrow on the omni selector. * The current setting is displayed. 55
