1890 Cause Protective material or tape for securing print head holder may still be attached. What to Do Open the top cover and make sure the protective material and tape for securing the print head holder have been removed. If the protective material or tape is still there, remove it and close the top cover. If the measures above do not solve the problem, contact your nearest Canon service center to request a repair. Important • Do not tilt the printer when moving it since the ink may leak out. • When transporting the printer for repairing it, see Repairing Your Printer. 333
