Reference and General Information Troubleshooting Error Messages Following is a partial list of error messages in alphabetical order. Cannot add a shot mark to this frame. • A shot mark cannot be added to the first frame of a clip. Click the short mark again. to advance a few frames and try adding 35 Cannot add the shot mark. A single can have up to 100 shot marks. • The clip already has the maximum number of shot marks (100 marks). Remove any unnecessary shot marks and try adding the shot mark again. Cannot back up the clips because the number of clips in the target media will exceed 999. • The maximum number of clips in a media is 999 clips. Select a different local folder on the computer as the backup folder. Cannot backup the media. • Check the local folder on the computer designated as the backup folder. Cannot change the shot mark information. • Check the media that contains the selected clips. Cannot copy the clip because the source clip is corrupted or cannot be accessed. • Check the media from which you want to copy the clips (source media). Cannot copy the clips. • The clips could not be copied to the selected media. Check the target media. Cannot copy the clips because the number of clips in the target media will exceed 999. • The maximum number of clips in a media is 999 clips. Reduce the number of clips to copy or select a different target media. Cannot copy the clips because the target media is an optical disc. • Clips cannot be saved onto optical discs. OK to delete the virtual media? • The local folder on the computer where the virtual media was stored cannot be found or was not correctly detected. If the virtual media was created on a removable storage device, click No to avoid deleting the virtual media and try again after reconnecting the removable storage device.

Troubleshooting Error Messages
Following is a partial list of error messages in alphabetical order.
Cannot add a shot mark to this frame.
