13 Volume button Your Phone Controls the handset, headset, and speakerphone volume (off-hook) and the ringer volume (on-hook). 14 Messages button Auto-dials your voicemail system (varies by system). 15 Applications button 16 Contacts button 17 Handset Opens/closes the Applications menu.
