FM Tuner Operation Store Pre set Stations To sto re preset st atio ns, you mus t be in S EAR CH (manual sca n) mode. To sto re y our preset stations auto ma tically: Press an d h old wh ile in M anu al mode. Th e player will automa tically scan and store as presets all radio frequencies with a broadcast sign al. Record FM Broadcasts The recordin g process for FM broadcasts is the s ame as for voice recording. See the Voi ce Reco rding section of thi s manual fo r more infor mation. Tun e to the station you want to record . Press an d h old to sta rt record ing the FM rad io broadcast. Press aga in to pause recording. Press MODE to stop and save th e re cording. The recorded file w ill be named "FX XX.WAV" w here XX X corresponds to the numerical sequ ence in which the recording was made. ( Numbering star ts fr om 001. ) To play your FM broa dca st recordings, select MUSIC from the Main menu. See "Music" in t he Men u Options 17se cti on fo r m ore info rma tion . Delete Files DEL Se lect DEL mode to d elete files from your player. You may also delete files usin g a computer; see the Delet ing Files Through a Comput er s ecti on of this manual for more information. In the Delete Menu, the f ollowing op tion s are available: MUSIC, VOICE, or EXIT. Sel ect MUSIC t o delet e your m usic files; select VOICE to delete your voice recording files. Once you have m ade yo ur selec tion , your playe r will list ea ch music or voi ce f ile to be deleted on e-by-one. Select YES t o delete the current file being d isplayed. The screen will d isplay a quick confirmation that the file has been deleted and t hen move t o the next file. Select NO t o skip th e curren t fil e be ing displayed and move to the next file. Select Exit to return to the previous Del ete menu. 18

Delete Files
DEL
Select DEL mode to delete files from your player. You
may also delete files using a computer; see the
section of this
manual for more information.
In the Delete Menu, the following options are
available: MUSIC, VOICE, or EXIT. Select MUSIC to
delete your music files; select VOICE to delete your
voice recording files.
Once you have made your selection, your player will
list each music or voice file to be deleted one-by-one.
Select YES to delete the current file being displayed.
The screen will display a quick confirmation that the
file has been deleted and then move to the next file.
Select NO to skip the current file being displayed and
move to the next file.
Select Exit to return to the previous Delete menu.

Store Preset Stations
Record FM Broadcasts
To store preset stations, you must be in SEARCH
(manual scan) mode.
1.Tune to the station you want to store as a preset.
2.Press and hold MODE. The LCD will display "Store".
3.Press
or
to select a preset channel number.
4.Press MODE to store the preset. The LCD will display
"Success".
Press and hold
The recording process for FM broadcasts is the same as
for voice recording. See the
section
of this manual for more information.
Tune to the station you want to record.
Press and hold
to start recording the FM radio
broadcast. Press
again to pause recording.
Press MODE to stop and save the recording. The
recorded file will be named "FXXX.WAV" where XXX
corresponds to the numerical sequence in which the
recording was made. (Numbering starts from 001.)
To play your FM broadcast recordings, select MUSIC
from the Main menu. See "Music" in the
section for more information.
