Excessive mower vibration, Underside of mower deck dirty, Discharge chute jamming with cut grass, Blade mounting nuts are loose, Mower blades, arbors, or pulleys are bent, Mower blades are out of balance, Always set engine speed to FAST when mowing. Decrease Ground Speed, Cut tall grass at maximum cutting height during first 9ass. Remove mower deck and clean underside, Cut grass with discharge pointing toward previously cut area, Tighten to 80-90 ft-lbs (108-122 Nm). Check and replace as necessary, Replace or balance blades, See Maintenance Section, Belt installed incorrectly, Mower drive belt Idler pulley spring broken or not properly slips or fails to attached, drive, Mower drive belt broken, Reinstall correctly, Repair or replace as needed, Replace drive belt, PTO clutch out of adjustment, Adjust PTO clutch, See Maintenance Section, 36
