If you are behind a router, you will need to forward the FTP port to the DNS-G120. Once the port is forwarded to the DNS-G120, users from the Internet will enter ftp:// followed by the WAN IP address of the router (e.g. ftp://64.56.23.111). If you are using a port other than 21, you must enter a colon (:) followed by the new port number in the URL to connect (e.g. ftp://ftp.mysite.com:3000).
