CAUTION: To avoid data loss, do not remove the hard drive while the computer is in Sleep or On state. Prerequisites 1 Remove the battery. 2 Remove the base cover. Procedure 1 Remove the screw that secures the hard-drive assembly to the computer base. 2 Using the pull tab, slide the hard-drive assembly to disconnect it from the system board. 20
