Procedure 1. Align the screw holes on the battery with the screw holes on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 2. Ensure that the tab at the bottom-left corner of the battery is seated in the slot. 3. Replace the three screws (M2x3) that secure the battery to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 4. Connect the battery cable to the system board. 5. Adhere the tape that secures the battery cable to the battery connector. 18 Removing and installing components

Procedure
1.
Align the screw holes on the battery with the screw holes on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
2.
Ensure that the tab at the bottom-left corner of the battery is seated in the slot.
3.
Replace the three screws (M2x3) that secure the battery to the palm-rest and keyboard assembly.
4.
Connect the battery cable to the system board.
5.
Adhere the tape that secures the battery cable to the battery connector.
