Procedure NOTE: Ensure that the hinges are opened to 90 degrees before replacing the display assembly on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. 1. With the palm-rest and keyboard assembly at the edge of the table, align the screw holes on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly with the screw holes on the display hinges. 2. Replace the six screws (M2.5x5) that secure the left and the right hinges to the system board and the palm-rest and keyboard assembly. Removing and installing components 41

Procedure
NOTE:
Ensure that the hinges are opened to 90 degrees before replacing the display assembly on the palm-rest and
keyboard assembly.
1.
With the palm-rest and keyboard assembly at the edge of the table, align the screw holes on the palm-rest and keyboard assembly
with the screw holes on the display hinges.
2.
Replace the six screws (M2.5x5) that secure the left and the right hinges to the system board and the palm-rest and keyboard
assembly.
