Remove the

3.
Remove the
base cover
.
4.
Remove the
keyboard
.
5.
Remove the
hard drive
.
6.
Remove the
palm rest
.
7.
Disconnect the thermal fan cable from the input/output board.
8.
Remove the screws that secure the thermal fan to the computer.
9.
Lift up and remove the thermal fan from the computer.
