Images or videos are not displayed correctly, or sound doesn't play correctly. ◗ Make sure the file format is supported. See page 24 for details about supported image file formats. For audio and video, make sure the bit rate and audio codec of your file are supported. See pages 25 to 26 for details about video and audio files. You may be able to convert files to supported formats with software such as QuickTime Pro. ◗ The file may be corrupted. ◗ Make sure the P-4000 is not connected to a computer or printer. Images are not displayed when the P-4000 is connected. File Operation Problems You have a problem copying files to or from the P-4000. ◗ Make sure you have sufficient space on the P-4000 hard drive. To check the space remaining, select Settings on the Home screen, then select Hard Drive. ◗ Make sure files are not damaged or corrupted. ◗ If you want to copy files to or from a computer running Windows 98SE, you need to install driver software. See page 16 for instructions. 50
